These are supplied to ensure that both parties are aware of and agree to this arrangement in order to jointly protect and set expectations for our service.

Stock availability is subject to change. We aim to keep correct stock counts on our website, but there may be a stock disparity from time to time, and we may not be able to fulfil all of your items at the time of purchase. In this case, we will ship the available products to you and contact you to determine if you would like to wait for the backordered item to be restocked or request a refund.

 

  1. Shipping Fees

During the checkout process, shipping charges are determined depending on the weight, size, and destination of the products in the order. Shipping costs will be added to the purchase price. This is the final amount for the customer’s shipping costs.

3.1 Refund Because of a change of heart

KR Enterprises would gladly accept returns due to change of mind as long as the request is received by us within 1 day after the order of the item and the item is returned to us in original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition. Return shipment will be paid for by the client, who will be responsible for arranging their own shipping. Returns will be processed to store credit for a future purchase once they are received and accepted. We will send you an email once this has been finished. (KR Enterprises) will repay the value of the returned products but will NOT refund the cost of delivery.

 

3.2 Returns on Warranties

KR Enterprises will gladly recognise any legitimate warranty claims if they are made within 90 days of receiving the merchandise. Customers will be expected to pay for return postage, however we will reimburse you if your warranty claim is successful. KR Enterprises will process your warranty claim within 7 days of receiving the returned items for warranty claim. Once your warranty claim is approved, you will have the option of receiving: (a) a refund to your payment method, (b) a refund in store credit, or (c) a replacement item mailed to you (if stock is available)

4.1 Domestic Transit Time

4.2 Alteration of Delivery Address

Orders placed before 03 PM – IST (UTC+05:30) will be shipped the same day; otherwise, they will be shipped the following business day. Our warehouse is open Monday through Friday during regular business hours, except on national holidays, when it is closed. In these cases, we take precautions to ensure that shipment delays are kept to a minimum.

 

4.3 Delivery Address Alteration

We can update the address for a change of delivery address request at any time before the order is sent.

 

4.4 Items are currently out of stock.

If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock products before shipping the other items in the order.

 

Delivery Time Exceeded by 4.5 Days

If the estimated delivery time has been surpassed, please notify us so that we can undertake an investigation.
